While watching [Schedule] content on the home screen, you will be notified of the start of a live broadcast through a live pop-up or through the [Notification Center] on the right side of the screen. You can watch the live broadcast right away by clicking on the pop-up/notification.

You can search through [Find Account] in the [Login] menu at the top right of the screen.

1) After logging in, you can check the list of ‘videos you are watching’ in the [VOD] menu home.

The DENALL site is PC Web-based and supports IE11 (higher), Chrome, Safari, and Edge browsers.

You can change the picture quality by clicking the gear-shaped [Settings] menu at the bottom right of the player. (Supports up to 1080p)

If you access the site during a live broadcast, the live broadcast will be played immediately without further notice.

If you click on the video you want to watch in the [Schedule], the live broadcast will stop and the video will be played.

If you want to watch the live broadcast again, you can watch the live broadcast again by clicking the [Watch LIVE Broadcast] button at the top of the [Schedule].

In the [Video Search] window at the top right of the screen, you can search VOD by keywords such as program name, video name, performer name, topic, and tooth number.

After logging in, you can edit it directly through [Name] - [Account Information Management] in the upper right corner of the screen. (However, ID cannot be modified)

After logging in, you can change your name to the new name in [Name] - [Account Information Management] at the top right of the screen.

DENALL members are registered as integrated members of Osstem Implant, so upon withdrawal, they will be withdrawn from all Osstem Implant sites. Nevertheless, if you wish to withdraw, after logging in, click the [Withdrawal of Membership] button in the upper right corner of the screen [Name] - [Account Information Management] - [Change Integrated Member Personal Information] screen. After rechecking your password, withdrawal of integrated membership is completed. It's possible.

To protect your personal information, your personal information is destroyed upon withdrawal, so recovery of your existing account is not possible. However, you can sign up as a new member 30 days after withdrawal.

You can register as a new member through the [Sign up] menu at the top right of the screen. You can sign up by agreeing to the terms of use & privacy notice and entering the required information.

Program schedules and live broadcasts on the home screen can be viewed without logging in, but use of the service may be restricted to some content that requires viewing permission. Additionally, to use DENALL's various services such as VOD, comment writing, and event participation, please register and log in.

Some users who use the Denall site via Internet Explorer (IE browser) are experiencing Denall video playback errors. Users who experience some playback delays or no playback when accessing the Denall site Please update your Internet Explorer browser as follows to use the Denall site in an optimal environment.
